Affiliate Fellows of the American College of Medical Toxicology (AFACMT)
AFACMT Certified Members of the College
If you are an active Affiliate ACMT member in good standing for at least 4 years, you are eligible to apply for Affiliate Fellowship status in the American College of Medical Toxicology. Join this admirable group of medical toxicologists by filling out the following application. In order to be considered for fellowship status, applicants must meet the requirements in at least two of the following categories: clinical practice, research, formal teaching, public service, or service to the college. However, we encourage you to make the application as complete as possible. Two letters of recommendation are also required. If you have applied in the past and not been accepted, we encourage you to apply again if your status has changed. Members from the membership committee and the administrative staff of ACMT would be happy to help with any questions or concerns regarding the application process. It is expected that if you are accepted as an Affiliate Fellow of ACMT, that you will attend the Annual Scientific Meeting to receive your certificate.

Rose Goldman, MD, MPH, AFACMT
Dr. Rose Goldman joined ACMT as an Affiliate Member in 2014. She earned her medical degree from Yale Medical School and completed an Internal Medicine residency at Waterbury Hospital in Connecticut. She further pursued a residency in Preventive Medicine (Occupational and Environmental Medicine) at the Harvard School of Public Health, where she earned her MPH in Occupational Medicine.
Dr. Goldman is an Occupational & Environmental Medicine physician at Cambridge Health Alliance and serves as a Consultant in Medicine and Environmental Health at Boston Children’s Hospital. She holds the position of Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Associate Professor of Environmental Health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston.
Additionally, Dr. Goldman is the Director of Faculty Affairs in the Department of Medicine at Cambridge Health Alliance.

Rachel Gorodetsky, PharmD, AFACMT
Dr. Rachel Gorodetsky has been an affiliate member of ACMT since 2013. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Albany College of Pharmacy in Albany, NY. She completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT, and a Clinical Toxicology Fellowship at the Georgia Poison Center in Atlanta, GA.
Dr. Gorodetsky is a Clinical Toxicologist at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, NY. She is also an Associate Professor at D’Youville University School of Pharmacy in Buffalo, NY, and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Additionally, she serves as a Consulting Clinical Toxicologist for the Upstate NY Poison Center.
Dr. Gorodetsky is the President of the American Board of Applied Toxicology.

Allison A. Muller, PharmD, D.ABAT, AFACMT
Dr. Allison A. Muller has been an affiliate member of ACMT since 2018. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas, and her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Muller is the Principal/Owner of Acri Muller Consulting LLC in Aston, PA. Additionally, she serves as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Biomedical Sciences, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Michael E. Mullins, MD, AFACMT
Dr. Michael E. Mullins has been an affiliate member of ACMT since 2000. He attended medical school at Hahnemann University (now Drexel University) from 1983 to 1987, followed by a transitional internship at the University of Oklahoma (1987-1988). He completed his emergency medicine residency at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center from 1991 to 1994 and his medical toxicology fellowship at Oregon Health and Science University from 1997 to 1999.
Dr. Mullins is a Professor in the Division of Medical Toxicology, Department of Emergency Medicine, at Washington University School of Medicine.

Ashley Webb, PharmD, MSc, AFACMT
Dr. Ashley Webb joined ACMT in 2018. She earned her PharmD from Wingate University College of Pharmacy and completed an Emergency Medicine Toxicology Pharmacy Residency at the Carolinas Poison Center, CMC.
She currently serves as the Executive Director and Clinical Toxicologist at the Kentucky Poison Control Center of Norton Children’s Hospital in Louisville, KY. Dr. Webb is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in Lexington, KY, and at Sullivan University College of Pharmacy in Louisville, KY. Additionally, she is a Decision Editor for the Journal of Medical Toxicology.
