Medical Toxicology Foundation Travel Award: Underrepresented Minority Medical Trainee Award

Underrepresented Minority Medical Trainee Award to Emmanuel Quaidoo MD:

This award has been given annually for the last decade to encourage trainees who are underrepresented in medicine to attend ACMT’s Annual Scientific Meeting to help expand the racial and ethnic diversity of medical toxicologists.

Dr. Quaidoo is a 2nd year Emergency Medicine resident at the University of California, San Francisco – San Francisco General Hospital Emergency Medicine program and was selected from among a group highly qualified applicants. Dr. Quaidoo is actively involved with the medical toxicologists at UCSF-SFGH. Make sure to welcome him and congratulate him on his award at ASM in New York next month.
