Dr. Wax is the Executive Director of the American College of Medical Toxicology and founded ToxIC program in 2009 with Dr. Brent.

Jeffrey Brent, MD, PhD, FACMT
Co-PI, ToxIC Program

Dr. Brent is a Distinguished Clinical Professor of Medicine and of Emergency Medicine at the University of Colorado, School of Medicine. He co-founded the ToxIC Program in 2009 with Dr. Wax.

Stephanie Abston, RN, BSN
Clinical Research Manager

Stephanie manages several multi-center projects and provides support for participating ToxIC institutional research teams. As a site liaison, she is an essential link between our investigators and partners.

Kim Aldy, DO, MS, MBA
ToxIC Program Director

Dr. Aldy is responsible for the day to day management of the ToxIC program, staff and site coordination, helping with research projects and publications, and acquiring support for ToxIC through grants and related activities.

Sharan Campleman, PhD, MPH, DABT
Toxicology Data Research Scientist

Sharan provides technical research expertise in disease surveillance, toxicology, and epidemiologic operations to develop, enhance, and maintain standardized data collection across projects under the Toxicology Investigators Consortium.

Mari Costantini, MPH
Clinical Research Manager

Mari is responsible for managing the ToxIC Core Registry. She contributes to multiple projects including ToxIC programmatic activities, data analysis, and engaging with participating sites to strengthen their involvement in the core registry.

Rachel Culbreth, PhD, MPH
ToxIC Research Director

Rachel serves as the Research Director for ToxIC, leading new grants, research projects, and data analyses for papers and presentations.

Shao Li, MPH
Data Quality Associate

Shao supports multiple ToxIC projects in data quality assurance, monitoring, and evaluative activities.

Victoria Murchison
Data Quality Analyst

Victoria Murchison joined ACMT as a ToxiC Data Quality Analyst. She has experience in data analysis, data extractions, data collection, and visual presentations.

Clinical Research Manager 

Mandi joined the Toxicology Investigators Consortium/ACMT in October 2023 as a Clinical Research Coordinator.

Alyssa Falise, PhD, MSPH
Research Associate

Alyssa serves as a Research Associate on the ToxIC team, where she contributes to grant development, designs and implements new epidemiological studies, conducts statistical analyses, and shares findings through peer reviewed publications and scientific presentations.
